The Construction Method of Vegetated Buffer Stripes for Optimized Flow Routing

Abstract

This study provides a novel construction method of vegetated buffer stripes with the aim of optimizing flow routing and reducing runoff velocity and surface scouring, where the ecological efficiency (efficiency of reducing non-point source pollution) of the vegetated buffer stripes is improved by constructing small recessed ecological vegetation ponds.
